I'd love to guess the movie, if only you posted a pic.
However, from the image name, I'd guess it to be "Gold Diggers of 1933"
Dude, I can see the picture. And no cheating. Now you have to go watch the movie.
I've already seen most if not all of Berkeley's movies.
They grow tiresome after a while, what with all the overhead shots of people swimming in circles, etc. Enough!!
